Allen Iverson posted a public statement on Twitter Monday night, following a tumultuous period in which he has left the Philadelphia 76ers. While Iverson reportedly left the team to take care of his sick daughter, the guard was spotted at parties in Charlotte and Atlanta, and his wife is seeking a divorce.
In a series of tweets Monday night, Iverson acknowledged that he is “going through some very tough times right now” and wrote that it “hurts” to read “things about me that aren’t true.” Check out some intimate tweets from the All-Star guard:
