Super Bowl Victory Parade set for February 5,2013

The city of Baltimore will welcome the Ravens home Tuesday with a Super Bowl Victory Parade and rally.
The parade will begin at 10:45a.m. at City Hall. The route will proceed south onto Commerce Street, then onto Pratt and Howard Streets, later ending at M&T Bank Stadium.
A free celebration will kick off at the stadium at 12:30p.m. Complimentary parking is available in lots F, G, H & J, beginning at 9a.m. No tailgating is permitted.
In preparation for the event, the following streets will be closed to through traffic starting at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 05, 2013 with detours in effect:
- Â Â Â Commerce Street from Fayette to Pratt Streets
- Â Â Â Pratt Street from Paca to Commerce Streets
- Â Â Â Howard Street from Lombard to Conway Streets
- Â Â Â I-395 NB north of Conway Street (Commuters should utilize Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Mulberry Street)
- Â Â Â Fayette Street from Gay Street to Guilford Avenue
- Â Â Â Baltimore Street from Calvert to Gay Streets
- Â Â Â Water Street from South to Commerce Streets
- Â Â Â Lombard Street from Gay to South Streets
- Â Â Â Calvert Street from Pratt to Lombard Streets
- Â Â Â Light Street northbound from Conway to Pratt Streets
- Â Â Â Light Street southbound from Lombard to Conway Streets
- Â Â Â Charles Street from Conway to Lombard Streets
- Â Â Â Hanover Street from Pratt to Lombard Streets
- Â Â Â Hopkins Place/Sharp Street from Lombard to Conway Streets
- Â Â Â Eutaw Street from Pratt to Lombard Streets
- Â Â Â Camden Street from Russell to Howard Streets
- Â Â Â Guilford Avenue/South Street from Saratoga to Pratt Streets
- Â Â Â Holliday Street from Saratoga to Lexington Streets
- Â Â Â Lexington Street from Calvert to Gay Streets
The following parking restrictions will also be implemented on Tuesday, February 5 from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.:
- Â Â Â Holliday Street from Fayette to Baltimore Streets
- Â Â Â Commerce Street from Baltimore to Pratt Streets
- Â Â Â Pratt Street from Commerce to Howard Streets
- Â Â Â Howard Street from Pratt to Conway Streets
- Â Â Â Guilford Avenue from Saratoga to Fayette Streets
- Â Â Â Lexington Street from Calvert to Frederick Streets
- Â Â Â Frederick Street from Lexington to Fayette Streets
- Â Â Â Saratoga Street from Lexington to Gay Streets
- Â Â Â Gay Street from Fayette to Saratoga Streets
- Â Â Â Fayette Street from Gay to Holliday Streets (north side only)
- Â Â Â Holliday Street from Saratoga to Lexington Streets
To avoid congestion on the roads, mass transit is highly recommended.
