No federal charges for Foxy Brown
Sep 9th, 2010 by Bilal Ali
Yesterday, Foxy Brown learned that prosecutors dropped all but one charge against her after a grand jury failed to indict her with two felonies and three of four misdemeanors.
Foxy Brown was arrested in July for allegedly shouting obscenities at neighbor Arlene Raymond and “mooning” the woman. Don’t forget at this point, Foxy is in her early 30s.
Raymond originally got a restraining order against Brown after the rapper (thinking she was the Naomi Campbell of Brooklyn) hit her with a BlackBerry in 2007.
Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said his client will face at worst community service for the single count of misdemeanor criminal contempt if convicted..
“Mooning is not an aggravated act,” he said.
