Suspect Arrested in Death of Tameka Raymond’s Son

According to TMZ:
A Grand Jury in Hall County indicted Jeffrey Simon Hubbard for operating a jet ski irresponsibly and causing the accident that left Kile brain dead and a 16-year-old girl injured on Lake Lanier in July 2012.
Kile’s heart stopped and he was pronounced dead at an Atlanta Children’s hospital on July 21st, 3 weeks after the accident.
Also injured in the accident was the teenage daughter of Peaches Chin, co-owner of TAGS Boutique, who suffered a broken arm.
Among the charges against Hubbard are homicide by vessel, reckless operation of a water vessel that resulted in serious injury and death. He is being held without bail.
