METHOD MAN TO STAR IN ‘3D’ DRAMA
Nov 9th, 2009 by Bilal Ali
*Method Man will star in the upcoming film “The Mortician 3D,” a redemption tale described by filmmakers as “a gritty, urban drama.”
The film is based on one man’s struggle through the violence and corruption of a dying inner city. The Mortician processes corpses with a steely regard and as a borderline autistic, he is alienated. Through his emotionless and unsympathetic actions he spreads his coldness to all he encounters.
The $6 million production is set to begin this month in Louisiana, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Angelic Zambrana, currently starring in “Precious,” has also joined the cast, while Tom Hardy (”Bronson”) and Edward Furlong (”American History X”) are in talks.
