Guitarist and vocalist Jonathan Butler has completed a new CD titled So Strong, his first studio smooth jazz project since 2005âs Jonathan. Since that time, he has offered the gospel project Brand New Day and a DVD/CD combo, Live in South Africa. So Strong will be released by Rendezvous Music, a division of Mack Avenue, on May 11.

The Berks Jazz Fest, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2010, has announced its lineup for next yearâs show, which will be held over 10 days from March 19 to March 28. Itâs presented by the Berks Arts Council and will have 130 events at various venues, clubs and restaurants throughout Reading and Berks County, PA.
